The following links are for PDF applications for NCA students. You will need to print a copy, then fill it out and bring it back to the school office.

New student applications are due by June 30th. Returning student applications are due by June 1st.

If your child attended Preschool at NCA, but will be registering for Kindergarten, please use the New Student application.
